NEW CABINETS,STILL LIVING IN A NIGHTMARE !!!!MONTH 2 AND STILL NO KITCHEN !!!Ordered 21 Hanssem Cabinets, signed off on April 24, 2024. Cabinets were delivered July 12, 2024 and 13 out of 21 have issues from missing hinge, doors, and poor assembly from the mfg. and for cabinet issue 14, the wrong size cabinet was ordered.Salesman - Larry Boccuzzio, his manager - Quiana "Kiki" Alves and the owner - Jimi ClarkeALL COULD CARE LESS !!!!.Any eta when finally given, comes and goes without any communication from them to me, the paying customer. I was told my kitchen replacements would NOT take the full 8 weeks and the order would be expedited. NOT TRUE since I still haven't received anything and it's now Sept 21st.The manager, Kiki, said my contractor would have what he needs so my kitchen could be done by Sept 15th. NOT TRUE -AND I never heard from anyone that the eta wasn't going to happen. Finally, I get a sappy apology from the manager only after my male contractor called and left a message. She then said my delivery would be Sept 18th. NOT TRUE - no delivery and NO WORD FROM ANYONE and it's now September 21st.The owner - JIMI CLARKE could NOT even take 3 minutes to call me after I sent an email begging the 3 of them for an update on the replacement order.I never even received an invoice for my purchase. Larry finally sends an itemized invoice with no prices listed per item, just a grand total ???I requested a complete invoice with prices listed from Jimi Clarke the owner, GUESS WHAT ??He STILL HASN'T responded, NO SURPRISE!!If had treated any one of my customers like I am being treated, I would have been written up and shown the door.What business model are they practicing?Why are they ignoring me?Why do they not care?Why do I have to beg the owner of HIS OWN company for a response when he can clearly see from the email chain that his staff is not responding to his customer's request?Why don't they ever contact me 1st?Why do I have to contact them and beg for a response only to continue to hear crickets?When are the replacment parts going to be delivered and installed by your hopefully competent carpenters so my contractor can resume his work?Why am I forced to write a review because it's cheaper than therapy?

I’ve worked with Larry Boccuzzio on two kitchen projects and both have turned out beautifully. He brought great options, made selections easy, and both kitchens were timely and at costs well within budget. Larry is an asset I will turn to again and again for any renovations!

There aren’t enough positive words in the universe to express how incredibly happy we are with Christine & Kitchen Cabinet Outlets! We began our kitchen remodel process in November with a large box store - HUGE mistake… after returning that cabinet order and starting over, Christine made our process seamless from start to finish! Her kitchen designing skills are spot on, her knack for detail is impressive and the communication she provided was top notch! Christine was there every step of the way to ensure our dream kitchen was delivered and the photos speak for themselves! Highly recommend Christine & her team!!! Thank you SO much!

We recently remodeled our kitchen and used KCO (Christine in Southington specifically) for our design and planning. Christine was absolutely amazing! We could not be happier with the outcome. Service has also been outstanding. As you can imagine, this was a huge undertaking and it went just about flawlessly. I’d highly recommend Christine at KCO!

We had to redo our kitchen after a fire. We ordered our cabinetry (Omega) from KCO and worked closely with Christine. She did wonderful job of designing and following through with the ordering process, delivery, installation, and aftercare. We had a few minor issues regarding cabinetry door sizes for our built-in appliances but Christine was able to quickly order replacements to ensure we stayed on our project timeline. Thank you Christine.

We just recently had our kitchen remodeled,worked with Larry. He was excellent , very knowledgeable and easy to work with, we also had some interaction with the Clark family and I can’t say enough about them. They are very honest people to work with.! I would highly recommend kitchen cabinet outlet, and Larry for any future remodels!

Christine did an awesome job with my kitchen renovation! She was always responsive, answered all my questions (even the stupid ones) and went above and beyond to make my dream kitchen come true! She walked me thru the process and connected me with a great granite company for my countertops. My kitchen doesn’t even look like the same room!! Very happy customer!
